Practical training includes donning and doffing of the participants fall arrest protection. Participants will be required to “don”, or correctly put on their safety harness; the trainer will evaluate how the safety harness is put on, and ensure participants understand why it is important to correctly don a safety harness. Then, the participant will doff, or remove, the safety harness; the trainer will ensure that the participant understands why removing the safety harness correctly is important.
